When should I contact Cabinet Martin following a divorce or separation?
In some cases, parents unable to obtain care of their children, or parents whose visitation or custodial rights have been suspended by the other parent who has custody, or parents whose financial circumstances have changed, will try to obtaint details allowing them to receive news of their children, or to insist on a change in the level of support paid.
